Bola Tinubu In Lagos

Bola Tinunbu is a thug and tribal bigot. His attempts to whip up hatred against the ibo in Lagos are sickening and should be condemned and oppossed by all. Unlike the great reformist leaders of yoruba land who he pretends to imitate Tinunbu has done nothibg for his people. Awolowo educated millions of poor yorubas transforming his people to probably the most educated group of black people anywhere on earth. Jakande abolished illiteracy in Lagos and built thousands of decent homes for the poor and lower middle class. Bola Ige opened the doors of higher education to thousands building universities, colleges of educations and polytechnics taking higher education from the realms of the elite to the hands of the masses. Their cloaks sit on the shoulders of Tinunbu like the gown of a giant on the frame of a dwarf. His children are all edcated abroad yet he postures as the defender of poorly educated area boys in Lagos, why doesnt he recruit his children to join them. How many of these area boys has he provided scholarships to join his children abroad, like Gani Fawehinmi and Moshood Abiola did. Awolowo turned area boys into lawyers doctors and engineers. Tinunbu turns area boyrs into err, area boys. How low yoruba politics has sunk for such a poor thing as Tinunbu to stalk the land like a giant. Yoruba politics has always been robustly social democratic. Someone needs to call this upstart to order. Awolowo once said of his opponents in the 80s. Won o to ika kan Akintola. Im not sure he would rate Tinunbu as up to a finger nail let alone a finger of his great rival. Let us not forget that crude ibo baiting was a signature of Ladoke Akintola's politics, while prostrating himself to the feudal lords in the north. History has a way of repeating itself. its only fitting that with such a comical figure as Bola Tinunbu it is now repeating itself as farce
